M24 Clinical Group supplies registered UK healthcare professionals with authentic, medical-grade aesthetic products through a controlled trade channel governed by strict clinical, commercial, and regulatory standards. By registering a trade account or placing an order, you enter into a professional agreement built on compliance, authenticity, and accountability.
Section 1: Trade-Only Supply
• Eligibility is limited to practitioners holding a valid professional registration number (GMC, GDC, NMC, GPhC).
• Credentials are verified upon application and access may be suspended if verification fails.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be used for unverified third parties.
Section 2: Cold-Chain Integrity
• Exosome formulations are dispatched under strict temperature control at 2–8°C.
• Exosomes are strictly non-returnable once dispatched. This zero-return policy is absolute to preserve thermal chain integrity and biological efficacy.
Section 3: Ambient Returns
• Polynucleotides and Dermal Injectables are eligible for return/credit within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unopened with tamper-evident seals intact and in original packaging.
Section 4: Delivery & Transit Risk
• Risk passes upon delivery.
• Transit damage or discrepancies must be reported to the Clinical Desk within 24 hours with photographic evidence for immediate replacement.
Section 5: Acceptance of Terms
• Placing an order or registering constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
